Refund policy
REFUNDS + RETURNS
Our return policy is 14 days for a refund to the original payment method and 14 days for an exchange or store credit. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items outside of the 14 day window.
All items must be unworn and undamaged. Items must be returned as delivered with original tags. If tags are unattached, items are non-returnable.
All sale items are FINAL SALE. Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items.
Please contact us within 5 days of delivery if you receive a defective or damaged item. We will provide instructions for returning the item and issue a refund or replacement if applicable.

Please email us at mimi@nbles.co to return an item. We also accept in store returns for online sales.
For domestic orders, shipping fees to return the item are the responsibility of the customer.For international orders, shipping fees and duties / taxes to return the item are the responsibility of the customer.
NOBLES cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. We suggest shipping via a tracked service and retain proof of postage.
